This landing page has been developed to assist our customers and their drivers who may be experiencing difficulties with a Service, Maintenance, Repair or MOT booking.

Garage Network

Our interpretation of the Government guidelines is that garages providing Service, Maintenance and Repair work remain able to trade, albeit we are aware that some sales operations and connected service facilities are now closing.

Fleet Assist, as an integral part of the supply chain to Key Workers and Blue Light via its customers, will remain operating unless directly instructed not to do so by the Government.

We are in continuous contact with all Franchised dealerships and other garages on our network requesting they keep us updated on any changes to their operating hours or services (including special concessions for Key Workers or Blue Light fleets).

If you experience difficulties with a garage, please contact the company your vehicle is leased from.

Service Booking

Please note this message is only intended for drivers who lease their vehicle from one of the companies that Fleet Assist supports.

If your vehicle is leased from another lease company, please refer to your lease company directly as the following information will not be relevant.
