Our original service commenced in 2003 and now provides network management services to 40 of the UK's leading leasing & contract hire companies with a combined fleet size exceeding 1.1 million vehicles and an annual maintenance spend exceeding £210m.
For our customers the fully outsourced service provides a national network of aftersales providers without the cost and challenges of setting up and managing such a network. Wherever possible business is directed into our network, who trade on a common set of terms and conditions. The result is improved service delivery and purchasing terms for the leasing companies and increased business volumes with lower administration costs for the service agents.
We provide a wide suite of Management Information and our Business Development Managers aim to help our customers reduce their maintenance costs through analysing where savings can be made and then implementing a wide variety of projects.
Our Network Development Managers work with our repairers to ensure we hold comprehensive information on their capabilities. They provide detailed reports and information which help our repairers to identify new business opportunities and to increase their volumes wherever possible.
